Excellent base for discovering Balgowan. Affable staff of the property. Standard twin room overlooks the garden and includes an electric kettle and a fridge.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. the service was exceptional and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They even lent us some crockery for our own platter. the food was delicious and offered banting options. Another great aspect was having the pool just outside of our room, which was a nice surprise.

Great Location and Good Value for Money. Enjoyed the breakfast and the comfy beds. The view of the surrounding area from the room was amazing and the free Wi-Fi was very helpful.
The bathroom had some maintenance issues and it wasn't cleaned properly. The air conditioning system was not working properly and it made the room uncomfortable.

The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. From the neatly laid out bath robes on the bed to the ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and bar fridge in the room, they made sure everything was convenient for guests. The presence of a King Size bed in the rooms was an added bonus, providing comfort and a good night's sleep.
There were minor issues that could be improved upon, such as the need for a wider variety of music in the lounge/dining area and some maintenance work needed for the pool steps. However, overall, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it.
